5.2 Wagering Requirement

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.
• Example: If you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳15,000 (1,500 × 10) before withdrawing the bonus.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time limit.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each member is not eligible to receive the welcome bonus more than once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless specifically permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash and cannot be transferred to another person.
• kh333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may contact our support team. Any remaining balance will be paid out via the standard withdrawal method before the account is closed, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any matter, please follow the steps below:
